As a guest at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, our policies are designed to enhance your stay and ensure the utmost comfort and convenience throughout. Please be aware of the following hotel policies.

In-room Decoration & Vendor Policy

All external vendors and in-room decorations require prior approval and must comply with the hotel’s standards; loose petals, adhesives, open flames, large signages and confetti are not permitted. The hotel reserves the right to remove unapproved setups. Any damages or additional cleaning will be charged to the guest’s final invoice.

Until 12:00 (late check-out is available for Jumeirah One Silver, Gold & Platinum Guests (Subject to availability).

Early arrivals and late departures

If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the night prior to guarantee immediate access. Late departure options are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Pool access

As guests of Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, an array of swimming pools across the Resort will be at your disposal.

Parking facilities

Valet parking is available 24/7 at your disposal. Non-resident guests who do not present a validated parking ticket, will be charged a fee of AED 100.

Pets

For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted.

Long-stay bookings

For stays of 30 nights or more, a signed accommodation agreement will be required before arrival. Our Sales Team will get in touch to support with the process.

Children and extra beds

Our Rooms and Suites cater towards different occupancies depending on room type. Please contact our team for specific requirements (Cots upon request and sofa beds).

ID Policy upon check-in

All guests and children are required to present original valid identification upon check-in, which may be a Passport or UAE/GCC National ID. UAE Nationals/Residents can check-in with a Passport or National ID. GCC Nationals can check-in with a Passport or National ID. Rest of the world citizens/GCC Residents can check-in with Passport ID. Minimum check-in age for all guests is 18 years and above.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted only on the balconies of guest Rooms and Suites. Smoking in your Room/Suite will incur a penalty fee.

Credit cards and deposit

All major credit cards are accepted.

Cash Payments

The limit for payments in cash at our hotels in any currency is (i) AED 100,000 (or equivalent) for individual guests per stay; and (ii) AED 200,000 (or equivalent) for couples, families or groups per stay.

Cancellation/repayments

Please refer to the Terms & Conditions of your room reservation and the relevant cancellation & prepayment policy.

Drones

Kindly note that Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab has been identified as a no fly zone by Dubai Civil Aviation. Therefore, drones are prohibited by law around the premises and may be confiscated by authorities if seen in use, unless the required Dubai Civil Aviation permits are obtained.

Waterpark Access

Wild Wadi is temporarily closed as a precautionary safety measure in line with official guidance.
